Qualifications

• At least 3 years in dining room management, service, and sanitation.
• Current Serv-Safe certification or state equivalent.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays.
• Ability to supervise multiple venues and large teams.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Oversee scheduling, training, hiring, coaching and development.
• Ensure portions, plate presentation, and service meet standards.
• Supervise cleanliness and organization of restaurant and kitchen.
