Job summary

Pyramid Healthcare is seeking a Dining Services Lead to manage daily operations of the dining services department in the absence of the Supervisor/Manager. The role focuses on delivering high-quality food service, staff leadership, and adherence to policies while promoting Pyramid Healthcare's mission.

Training and coaching will be provided as needed. Key duties include supervising shifts, maintaining food quality and safety standards, and supporting client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in food service preferred.
• Proven leadership ability and/or experience.

Responsibilities

• Communicate and promote Pyramid Healthcare's core values and mission.
• Guide and supervise food service operations during assigned shifts.
• Ensure staff effectiveness, efficiency, and client satisfaction per established policies and procedures.
• Assist with the preparation, cooking, and serving of food.
• Provide direction, training, and coaching to employees in collaboration with the Dining Services Supervisor.
• Ensure standards are maintained for food quality and service.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment by complying with food safety procedures and guidelines.
• Motivate team members by creating a supportive and collaborative work environment.
• Address client concerns during shift and consult with the Dining Services Manager/Supervisor, as necessary.
