Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Group USA company, is seeking a Director of Dining Services to oversee day-to-day operations of a healthcare dining account, ensuring exceptional food quality, service excellence, and strong operational performance.

The ideal leader is energetic, growth-oriented, and skilled at building relationships with nursing leadership, clients, and associates while fostering a collaborative team culture in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• BS, Hospitality or Culinary degree preferred.
• Three to five years of foodservice operation experience.
• High volume production and catering experience is essential.
• Previous experience managing a budget.
• Desire to learn and grow.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, nursing leadership, patients, guests, and other hospital departments.
• Lead, coach, and develop associates while fostering a culture of engagement, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Maintain a visible, hands-on leadership presence, actively supporting the team and daily operations.
• Partner with the Chef and management team to deliver exceptional food quality, service, and patient satisfaction.
• Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, and operational efficiency.
• Implement new culinary programs and service initiatives to enhance the overall dining experience.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and approach operational challenges with creativity, flexibility, and a solutions-oriented mindset.
