Qualifications

• Strong communication skills are essential to success.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and develop teams to maximize contributions.
• Identify client needs and communicate operational progress.
• Build revenue and manage budgets, including cost controls for food, beverage and labor.
• Ensure safety, sanitation, and compliance with policies and standards.
• Recruit, hire, develop and retain front-line team; conduct period inventory.
