Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and develop teams to maximize contributions.

• Ensure safety, sanitation, and adherence to policies across operations.
• Oversee production, distribution and front‑of‑house dining operations.
• Recruit, hire and retain front line staff; conduct inventories.
