Job summary

MBK Senior Living is seeking a friendly Server to provide high-quality dining service in a caring senior living environment. You will help with meal service, seating residents, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience with attention to resident preferences.

Ideal candidates will have a High school diploma or GED, strong English communication, and the ability to follow safety protocols. This is a full-time server position with a pay rate of $21–$24 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Excellent communication and English reading/writing abilities.
• Ability to understand and follow safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Must be 18 years or older and eligible to work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Deliver dining service by taking orders and serving meals to residents and guests.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary dining area and practice food safety protocols.
• Assist with meal setup, portioning, and returning dishes to the kitchen as needed.
• Greet residents warmly, accommodate dietary needs, and help with menu selections.
• Support other dining services staff to ensure a positive dining experience.
