MBK Senior Living is seeking a part-time Server to provide high-quality dining service to residents. The role requires open availability with various shift times and a focus on hospitality, safety, and resident satisfaction.

Responsibilities include taking orders, serving meals, maintaining a clean dining area, and assisting with menu selections while adhering to dietary needs and quality standards. Minimum education is a high school diploma or GED, with strong English communication essential.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills in English (speak, read, write, understand).
• Basic food service knowledge and customer service orientation.
• Must be able to operate standard serving equipment and follow safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality dining service by taking accurate orders and serving meals with courtesy.
• Maintain dining areas, set tables, and ensure proper sanitation and cleanliness.
• Greet residents, assist with menu selections, and respond to dining needs promptly.
• Adhere to dietary restrictions and care plans as directed by supervision.
• Assist with room service deliveries and retrieve trays as needed.
• Report safety or equipment issues to Supervisor and maintain a safe environment.
