Job summary

MBK Senior Living is seeking a Server to deliver high-quality dining service to residents, ensuring meals meet dietary preferences and care plans. You will maintain dining areas, assist with room service, and support kitchen and dining operations with a friendly, professional attitude.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED, strong English communication, and the ability to obtain required clearances.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Ability to understand and follow dietary restrictions and care plans.
• Must be 18 years or older and able to obtain background clearances and TB test results within 7 days of employment (within last 6 months).

Responsibilities

• Deliver dining service by taking accurate food orders and serving meals.
• Uphold table etiquette, clear dishes, and reset tables for next service.
• Engage with residents, assist with menu selections, and accommodate dining needs.
• Adhere to residents' dietary needs and care plans.
• Greet and seat residents, creating a welcoming dining environment.
• Deliver meals and retrieve trays for room service when requested.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary dining area and comply with food safety protocols.
• Assist with stocking, cleaning, and restocking dining supplies.
• Support kitchen and dining teams and report safety or equipment issues.
