MBK Senior Living is seeking a friendly Server to deliver high-quality dining experiences for residents. You will help seat guests, take orders, and serve meals while ensuring utmost hospitality and safety in the dining areas.

The role emphasizes excellent communication, attention to dietary needs, and teamwork within a warm, resident-centered community. Weekend availability is required, with competitive pay and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must have excellent communication skills, including the ability to speak, write, understand, and read English.
• Must be 18 years or older or have a proper work permit.
• Must complete required background clearances, health screening, and provide negative TB test results within 7 days of employment.

Responsabilités

• Deliver exceptional dining service by taking accurate food orders and serving meals to residents, family members, and guests.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary dining area and assist with setting and resetting tables.
• Adhere to dietary needs and preferences as outlined by supervisors and resident care plans.
• Greet and seat residents, assist with menu selections, and support room-service needs when requested.
• Report safety or equipment issues promptly to supervisors.
