Asbury Communities is seeking a Dining Supervisor in Mechanicsburg, PA to partner with the Dining Manager. You will supervise front-of-house staff, train teams, and ensure smooth dining room operations while delivering exceptional resident service.

The position requires a high school diploma and at least one year of supervisory experience in healthcare operations. Maryland Food Handler certification or willingness to obtain within 3 months is required. Full-time with benefits is offered.

• Ensures dining room operations are running smoothly and resolves issues.
• Provides and ensures exceptional customer service to residents and responds timely to requests.
• Manages Satellite kitchens to ensure State and Safety rules and regulations are followed.

Schedule & Compensation

Full Time, 40 hours weekly

Hours: M-F 6:00 - 2:30; every other weekend/Holiday is required

Job Description

• Provides and ensures exceptional customer service to residents and responds timely to requests made.
• Manages Satellite kitchens to ensure State and Safety rules and regulations are in place and followed.

• High school diploma or equivalent, required.
• Minimum of one (1) year of experience as a supervisor within healthcare operations.
• Maryland State Food Handlers Certificate or willing to obtain within three (3) months of hire.
