Brookdale Senior Living is seeking an experienced Dining Services Leader to oversee dining room operations, staff, and resident dining experiences. You will manage daily activities, scheduling, and service quality to ensure a warm, welcoming environment for residents and guests.

The role requires ServSafe certification, strong leadership, and the ability to train staff and coordinate events within a healthcare dining setting.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school, or two to three years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily dining room operations and staff to maintain a pleasant dining environment.
• Assign staff to sections and ensure proper side work and coverage during shifts.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of room service orders and resident meals.
• Lead staff scheduling with budgetary guidelines for service operations.
• Hire, train, and discipline dining staff in line with company policies.
• Provide training for new associates and coordinate special events.
