Job summary

Savr is seeking a Dining Room Manager to lead the front-of-house team in a fast-paced, guest-centric environment in Boston. You will supervise servers, hosts, and bartenders, ensuring smooth service, seating flow, and exceptional hospitality.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to manage reservations and floor operations across shifts. Full-time position with weekends and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of front-of-house supervisory or management experience in a high-volume restaurant.
• Strong leadership and guest-service focus with excellent communication.
• Experience with reservations and POS systems; ability to optimize floor flow.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends and holidays; ServSafe Alcohol or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead dining room operations to deliver consistent hospitality and service.
• Oversee floor execution, pacing, and section management during service.
• Coach and supervise servers, hosts, and bar staff; run pre-shift briefings.
• Manage reservations, walk-ins, and waitlists; coordinate with kitchen and hosts.
• Monitor guest experience, address issues, and uphold Savr standards.
