Responsibilities

• Attendance and professionalism: reports on time, wears uniform, maintains cleanliness.
• Guest experience and hospitality: answers questions about menu and dining experience, resolves guest concerns promptly.
• Teamwork and communication: collaborates with managers and teammates to support service flow.
• Safety and sanitation: follows health, safety and sanitation requirements and reports hazards.
• Emergency readiness: understands and follows SAVR emergency procedures.
• Policy compliance: adheres to SAVR standards and Associate Handbook.
