• Handle and resolve complaints to insure a great dining experience.
• Assign work tasks and coordinate dining room activities for prompt service.
• Inspect dining room serving stations for neatness and cleanliness.
• Inventory table linens and dining room supplies.
• Seek continual improvement of the organization.
