• Associates degree or equivalent, or 1–3 years of related experience; fine dining preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret safety and procedures; write routine reports.
• Ability to communicate effectively to groups; follow written and verbal instructions.

• Carries incredibly high standards in their work.

Responsibilities

• Staffing: interview, hire, train, coach, and schedule.
• Schedule dining reservations and arrange special services for diners.
• Greet guests, escort to tables, and provide menus.
• Handle and fix complaints to insure a great dining experience.
• Assign tasks and coordinate dining room staff for prompt service.
• Inspect dining room stations for neatness and cleanliness.
• Inventory linens and dining room supplies.
• Work toward continual improvement of the organization.
