Job summary

Legend Senior Living® is seeking a Dining Room Supervisor to coordinate dining room operations and ensure adequate staff coverage, while assisting with special requests and directing effective food service to residents.

You will uphold Legend's Gold Leaf Dining standards, supervise dining staff, maintain clean and stocked dining areas, and relay resident feedback to improve service. Evening/weekend shifts may be required; applications accepted ongoing.

Qualifications

• One year of experience in food service or hospitality.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience supervising dining room or restaurant staff preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervising all dining staff, including table and section assignments
• Ensuring adequate staffing for dining room services and assisting where as needed
• Training dining staff on Legend's Gold Leaf Dining standards, including prompt, efficient and courteous service
• Ensuring proper setup, stock and cleanliness of dining room including tables, chairs, floors, and service areas
• Relaying special food requests, meal concerns, and other comments to the appropriate individuals
