Job summary

Legend Senior Living® is seeking a Dining Room Supervisor to coordinate dining room operations and ensure high standards of service for residents. You will oversee dining staff scheduling, assist with special requests, and direct the overall flow of meals to support Legend's Gold Leaf Dining experience.

The role emphasizes staff training, courteous service, and maintaining cleanliness and setup of the dining area in a resident-focused environment. Evening and weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

• One year of prior experience in a food service or related hospitality field.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience supervising dining room or restaurant staff preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervising all dining staff, including table and section assignments
• Ensuring adequate staffing for dining room services and assisting where as needed
• Training dining staff on Legend's Gold Leaf Dining standards, including prompt, efficient and courteous service
• Ensuring proper setup, stock and cleanliness of dining room including tables, chairs, floors, and service areas
• Relaying special food requests, meal concerns, and other comments to the appropriate individuals
