Job summary

Singh Management Co., Llc is seeking a Dining Room Supervisor to oversee day-to-day dining operations and ensure a high-quality culinary experience for residents. You will act as a liaison between the dining room and kitchen, communicate effectively, and lead and train dining room associates while maintaining professional standards.

The role requires scheduling, supervising staff, and resolving dining-related concerns, with a focus on hospitality excellence and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Prior supervisory and food service experience in the hospitality industry a must. Fine dining experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of dining etiquettes, food handling techniques, and a high level of customer service.
• ServSafe Certification preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Schedule dining room associates and plan dining room setup based on anticipated census and needs.
• Cover shifts as a Server or Host as needed.
• Assist in supervision and training of dining room staff.
• Assist in hiring, training, supervision, scheduling and evaluating of the service team in the dining room.
• Resolve concerns regarding residents' dining experience.
• Coordinate with kitchen and dining room leadership to ensure service quality.
• Direct pre-meal meetings and brief staff on upcoming events.
• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper appearance of dining room areas and equipment.
• Maintain inventory of dining room supplies and ensure proper storage.
• Assist with oversight of the community cafe service.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
