Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of three years in food service with at least one year in a supervisory role.
• Current ServSafe certificate preferred.
• Knowledge of culinary service environment and ability to communicate professionally.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day dining room operations to ensure resident satisfaction.
• Schedule dining room associates and assist with training and development.
• Interview, hire, counsel and terminate dining room staff per policy.
• Monitor daily menus, inventory, and ordering to maintain service standards.
• Greet residents, assist with seating, and ensure timely service during meals.
• Close and secure dining area at the end of the shift.
