Harrington Park Health & Rehab in Augusta, GA seeks a Dining and Nutritional Services Supervisor to plan, organize and direct department functions. You will supervise staff, manage budgets, and ensure inter-departmental communication to deliver high-quality resident meals and services.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong organizational and prioritization abilities.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to supervise and ensure budget compliance.

Responsabilités

• Assist in planning, developing, organizing and directing functions within Dining and Nutritional Services.
• Demonstrates supervisory skills with fair corrective actions.
• Establishes and maintains effective inter-departmental communication.
• Complies with established budget restraints.
• Maintains supplies and equipment and budgets.
• May plan and conduct in-service training programs.
• May cover duties of other Dining and Nutritional Services staff.
• Implements procedural guidelines and job descriptions.
• Participates in hiring processes for Dining and Nutritional Services associates.
• Keeps up-to-date with licensure standards and survey processes.
• Reviews functions for compliance with guidelines.
• Promotes system image with servant leadership and open communication.
• Contributes to committees and project management activities.
• Performs other duties to support system success.
