You will supervise staff, uphold budgets, ensure compliance with licensure and quality standards, and promote a warm, patient-centered dining experience.

You will collaborate across units, support hiring and training, and contribute to a culture of service, teamwork, and continuous improvement in our non-profit healthcare community.

Qualifikationen

• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Assist in planning, developing, organizing and directing functions within Dining and Nutritional Services.
• Demonstrates supervisory skills with fair, corrective actions.
• Maintains effective inter-departmental communication for positive relationships.
• Complies with established budget restraints.
• Maintains supplies and equipment per budget.
• May conduct in-service training programs.
• May perform duties of other Dining and Nutritional Services staff as needed.
• Implements procedural guidelines and job descriptions.
• Participates in hiring processes for Dining and Nutritional Services staff.
• Maintains knowledge of licensure standards and survey processes.
• Reviews departmental functions for compliance with guidelines.
• Promotes image and reputation of the System through servant leadership.
