• Assist in planning, developing, organizing and directing functions within Dining and Nutritional Services.
• Demonstrates supervisory skills with fair, consistent actions.
• Establishes effective inter-departmental communication for positive work relationships.
• Complies with budget restraints and maintains supplies and equipment.
• May conduct in-service training and assist other Dining staff as needed.
• Participates in hiring processes including interviewing and screening.
• Maintains knowledge of licensure standards and survey processes.
• Promotes system image through servant leadership and open communication.
• Contributes to committees and project work across the system.
