Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• Supervisory experience in dining or nutritional services preferred.
• Familiarity with licensure standards and survey processes.

Responsibilities

• Assist planning and directing Dining and Nutritional Services functions.
• Demonstrates supervisory skills with fair corrective actions.
• Establishes effective inter-departmental communication.
• Complies with budget restraints.
• Maintains supplies and equipment per budget.
• May conduct in-service training programs.
• May perform duties of other Dining and Nutritional Services staff as needed.
• Participate in hiring, interviewing and selection of staff.
• Uphold licensure standards and survey readiness.
• Promote the System's image through servant leadership and collaboration.
• Contribute to committees and project work; perform other duties as necessary.
