You will assist in planning and directing functions, supervise staff, and ensure compliance with licensure standards and budgets.

The role emphasizes servant leadership, strong communication across departments, and participation in hiring processes.

Qualifications

• A minimum of a H.S. diploma or its equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, developing, organizing and directing functions within Dining and Nutritional Services.
• Demonstrates supervisory skills with fair corrective actions without regard to race, color, creed, origin, age, sex or religion.
• Establishes and maintains effective inter-departmental and inter-professional communication.
• Complies with budget restraints.
• Maintains supplies and equipment as per budget.
• May conduct in-service training programs.
• May carry out duties of other Dining and Nutritional Services personnel as needed.
• Carry out departmental guidelines and job descriptions.
• Participate in hiring processes including interviewing and selection.
• Maintain knowledge of licensure standards and survey process.
• Review departmental functions for compliance with standards.
• Promote image and reputation of the System via servant leadership and open communication.
• Contribute to committees and project management within the System.
• Perform other duties to ensure success.
