Responsibilities

• Verify ticket accuracy, including modifications and allergies.
• Communicate with chefs, cooks, servers, and runners to maintain smooth service.
• Organize and prioritize food tickets to coordinate courses and timing.
• Direct food runners and servers to deliver orders to tables.
• Monitor ticket times and address delays or service issues.
• Maintain a clean, organized expo station and support other restaurant duties.
