Job summary

The Little Nell in Aspen is seeking an Expediter to coordinate the flow of food orders from the kitchen to the dining room, ensuring dishes are prepared correctly, timed appropriately, and delivered to the correct table. This seasonal full‑time role reports to the Chef de Cuisine and supports a high-standard service in a luxury hotel restaurant.

Qualifications include a High School Diploma or equivalent, and at least one year of related experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year of related kitchen/expediter experience required.
• Knowledge of quality and sanitation standards and health guidelines.
• Ability to work under pressure and communicate effectively with the team.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate flow of orders from kitchen to servers to ensure timely service.
• Verify dishes are prepared with correct priority and accuracy.
• Assist in final plate preparation and presentation.
• Check dishes for accuracy, temperature, and presentation before delivery.
• Maintain sanitation standards and assist in kitchen organization.
• Support team and adapt to changing service needs.
