• Excellent communication to coordinate between kitchen and front-of-house staff.

• Passion for presentation and timing in delivering dishes.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently manage the pass, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of dishes from the kitchen to guests.
• Inspect and garnish dishes before they leave the kitchen, maintaining presentation standards.
• Coordinate communication between kitchen staff and servers to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the expo area, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Assist in managing inventory of garnishes and plating supplies.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to understand menu items and ensure quality control.
