Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED plus 2 years serving experience or equivalent combination.
• Ability to obtain a food handler’s card.
• Ability to pass alcohol awareness training.
• Ability to obtain and maintain gaming authority licensing.
• Ability to obtain state-issued alcoholic beverage license.
• Must be able to stand long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, in a setting with smoke and noise.

Job Description

As a Host, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for their dining experience. You'll be responsible for greeting guests, coordinating service, and ensuring their needs are met in a proper, efficient, and friendly manner. In addition to serving, you will also manage reservations and handle financial transactions, all while upholding the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and serve all food and beverages ordered by guests. Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring an exceptional dining experience.
• Answer incoming calls and take reservations as needed.
• Follow all alcohol safety standards, including checking identification to ensure minimum drinking age requirements are met. Uphold cleanliness standards for your station and shared areas of responsibility.
• Perform financial transactions and process guest payments for goods and services delivered.
• Promote a fun, friendly, quick, comfortable, clean, and safe environment ("The Big Six").

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) and 2 years of serving experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to obtain a food handler’s card.
• Ability to pass all alcohol awareness training.
• Ability to obtain and maintain licensing by the appropriate gaming authority.
• Ability to obtain a state-issued alcoholic beverage license.
• Requires standing for long periods of time, frequent bending and kneeling. Must be able to lift objects up to 50 lbs.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, in a setting that includes exposure to second-hand smoke and crowd noise.
