Job summary

Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tulsa is seeking a Kitchen Steward who helps maintain a safe, clean, and efficient dining environment on site. You will wash dishes, mop floors, remove trash, and support team members across shifts, including weekends and holidays.

The role requires standing, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs, with the ability to work in a lively casino setting and comply with health and licensing standards to ensure guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must be able to obtain a food handler’s card.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain licensing by gaming authority.
