Job summary

Cherokee Nation Entertainment is seeking a kitchen/food service team member for our Tulsa casino environment. You will maintain cleanliness, sanitary conditions, and support a safe kitchen flow while handling dishes and waste in a bustling service area.

The role requires wearing a high-energy attitude, weekends/holidays shifts, and compliance with health and gaming licensing requirements to ensure guest safety and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Ability to obtain a food handler’s card.
• Ability to obtain and maintain licensing by the appropriate gaming authority.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness standards for all kitchen operations, equipment, and tools.
• Uphold a safe and sanitary work environment at all times.
• Wash dishes, mop floors, and remove trash from all kitchen areas.
• Promote the Big Six standards to create a fun, friendly, clean and safe environment.

Work may be performed in various settings, including on casino floors with exposure to second-hand smoke and crowd noise. This role requires working varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED), or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must have the ability to obtain a food handler’s card.
