Cherokee Nation Entertainment is seeking a Fine Dining Server to join our hospitality team in Oklahoma. You will coordinate and serve all food and beverages with precision, provide outstanding customer service, and handle guest requests and transactions.

The role requires a refined demeanor, strong etiquette, and the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or GED. At least 2 years of serving experience.
• Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service.
• Strong ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to obtain a food handler’s card and pass alcohol awareness training.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.

• Coordinate and serve all food and beverages ordered by guests in a proper, efficient, and friendly manner.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring an exceptional dining experience.
• Follow all alcohol safety standards, including checking identification to ensure minimum drinking age requirements are met.
• Uphold cleanliness standards for your station and shared areas of responsibility.
• Answer incoming calls and take reservations as needed; process guest payments.

• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring an exceptional dining experience.
• Follow all alcohol safety standards, including checking identification to ensure minimum drinking age requirements are met.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to obtain a food handler’s card.
• Ability to pass all alcohol awareness training.
• Ability to obtain a state-issued alcoholic beverage license.
• Requires standing for long periods of time, frequent bending and kneeling. Must be able to lift objects up to 50 lbs.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, in a setting that may include exposure to second-hand smoke and crowd noise.
