Job summary

Wounded Warrior Project (WWP) is seeking a Digital Warrior Experience Specialist II to enhance and expand the program-facing digital experience for veterans. You will collaborate with technical and marketing teams to streamline interactions across MyWWP and related platforms, ensuring accessible, engaging experiences that meet warriors' evolving needs.

This role focuses on platform maintenance, feature enhancements, governance, and reporting, with emphasis on cross-functional teamwork,

Qualifications

• Ability to gain working knowledge of WWP programs and services.
• Experience managing digital initiatives focusing on customer experience.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Warrior Experience initiatives for digital platforms.
• Support Digital Warrior Experience initiatives and platform management, including stakeholder engagement and backlog management.
• Assist in decisions on digital platform maintenance and feature enhancements.
• Manage the MyWWP portal and related platforms, including governance tasks.
• Lead cross-functional workgroups to improve the warrior's digital experience.
• Coordinate with Programs to gather ideas, drive adoption, and ensure timely communications.
