Wounded Warrior Project, Inc. in the United States is seeking a Digital Experience Designer to craft user-centered experiences across MyWWP web and mobile apps, collaborating with product, technology, analytics, marketing, and program teams.

You will turn warrior and family insights into intuitive interfaces, conduct user research, create flows and prototypes, and help ensure accessibility and consistent design across the MyWWP ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Experience translating user insights into actionable design.
• Strong knowledge of information architecture and navigation design.
• Experience with accessibility and inclusive design.
• Proficiency with prototyping and user testing.

Responsabilités

• Conduct user interviews, usability tests, surveys, and discovery activities.
• Synthesize insights into actionable recommendations.
• Define and monitor UX success measures.
• Create user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Collaborate with Product, Technology, Marketing, and Programs teams.
• Support product teams throughout design and implementation.
• Contribute to the evolution of the MyWWP design system.
• Promote consistency across digital tools.
