Job summary

Wounded Warrior Project (WWP) seeks a strategic, senior leader to own the Warrior Experience across programs, services, and channels. This executive will drive alignment, innovation, and measurable mission impact, leading teams that deliver a seamless, personalized warrior journey.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, cross-functional collaboration, and governance across technology, marketing, analytics, and external partners to improve outcomes for warriors and families.

Qualifications

• Ten years of progressive leadership experience in customer or member experience, digital transformation, operations, service delivery, or a related field.
• Eight years of staff management experience.
• Experience developing and executing enterprise-wide strategic initiatives, including organizational transformation.
• Experience overseeing digital platforms and digital engagement ecosystems.
• Experience leading customer service, contact center, resource center, or related service delivery operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an enterprise-wide Warrior Experience strategy aligned with organizational mission, vision, and priorities.
• Serve as senior leader responsible for a consistent, personalized, accessible, and integrated warrior experience across lines of business.
• Partner with executive leadership to establish priorities, plans, and strategies that advance engagement, affinity, outcomes, and innovation.
• Represent warrior voice in senior decision-making, budgeting, transformation efforts, and change initiatives.
• Oversee digital experience strategy, including self-service platforms, mobile apps, online communities, and AI-enabled tools.
