Wounded Warrior Project is seeking a Digital Experience Designer to craft user-centered experiences for MyWWP across web and mobile. You will work closely with product, tech, analytics, and marketing to translate warrior and family insights into intuitive, accessible designs that boost resource discovery and program participation.

The role emphasizes research, prototyping, information architecture, and collaboration to elevate the user journey and contribute to the design system across platforms.

Formación

• Five years of experience in UX, product design, or related disciplines.
• Three years of designing customer-facing mobile and web experiences.
• Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity designs.
• Ability to translate user insights into actionable design decisions.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct user interviews, usability tests, surveys, and discovery activities.
• Synthesize insights into actionable recommendations.
• Map and optimize end-to-end member journeys across digital and human touchpoints.
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Support product teams through design, testing, and implementation.
• Contribute to design system evolution and accessibility standards.
• Collaborate with Product, Technology, Marketing, and Programs teams.
