Job summary

Wounded Warrior Project (WWP) is seeking a strategic senior leader to drive the Warrior Experience across programs and platforms. You will champion human-centered, data-driven engagement and lead transformations that improve outcomes for warriors and their families.

Qualifications

• Ten years of progressive leadership experience in customer or member experience, digital transformation, operations, or a related field.
• Eight years of staff management experience.
• Experience developing and executing enterprise-wide strategic initiatives, including leading organizational transformation.
• Experience overseeing digital platforms and digital engagement ecosystems.
• Experience leading customer service, contact center, resource center, intake, or related service delivery operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an enterprise-wide Warrior Experience strategy aligned with organizational mission and priorities.
• Lead senior, cross-functional teams to deliver a consistent, integrated warrior experience across lines of business.
• Partner with executive leadership to set priorities, plans, and strategies advancing engagement and outcomes.
• Represent warrior voice in planning, budgeting, transformation, and change initiatives.
• Oversee digital experience strategy, including self-service platforms and AI-enabled tools.
• Provide governance and roadmap for MyWWP and future digital platforms.
