Job summary

Uberlife Consulting seeks an experienced project manager to own end-to-end delivery across digital platforms and ERP integrations. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage budgets, governance, and risk, and drive successful go-lives with external vendors.

You will lead UAT, deployment readiness, training, and post-implementation transition, ensuring adoption and business-as-usual operations while maintaining clear stakeholder alignment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering customer-facing digital platforms, portals, e-commerce, CRM, or similar transformation programs.
• Strong experience in project planning, governance, stakeholder management, risk management, budgeting, and execution.
• Experience managing ERP integrations, data migration, and complex system implementations.
• Delivered at least one full-lifecycle digital project through an external vendor, including scope management, acceptance, change control, and successful go-live.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and drive outcomes without direct authority.
• Excellent communication, reporting, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end project delivery, planning, governance, budget, and risk management
• Manage external vendors and ensure successful delivery against project objectives
• Drive scope management, change requests, acceptance processes, and stakeholder alignment
• Coordinate business, technology, operations, finance, and external partners throughout the project lifecycle
• Lead user acceptance testing, deployment readiness, training, adoption, and hypercare activities
• Ensure successful transition from implementation to business-as-usual operations
