Placements24 is seeking a highly motivated Lead Project Manager to drive digital transformation initiatives. This fully remote role requires a proven track record managing complex, cross-functional projects from concept to completion and guiding strategic technology implementations across the organization.

You will lead distributed teams, develop roadmaps and budgets, optimize processes, and mentor peers in a remote-first environment while delivering measurable business value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Technology or related field.
• 10+ years of project management experience with digital transformation focus.
• Proven track record leading remote teams on complex projects across locations.
• Expertise in Agile methodologies and digital project management tools.
• Strong communication, leadership and problem-solving skills for a virtual environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of key digital transformation projects.
• Develop and manage roadmaps, budgets, and timelines aligned with business goals.
• Facilitate communication among distributed teams and stakeholders using virtual tools.
• Identify and mitigate risks and dependencies to ensure timely completion.
• Oversee implementation of new digital solutions and ensure user adoption.
• Mentor and guide project teams in a remote-first work environment.
