Job summary

BDO USA is seeking an ERP Solution Delivery Manager to lead digital transformation projects across ERP, Customer Engagement, and Power Platform. You will work with architects, developers, analysts, and QA to deliver on client needs, manage discussions, and maintain strong delivery while meeting expectations.

The role requires hands-on leadership of project teams, agile ceremonies, governance, and communications to executives. A PMP is preferred; US residency is assumed.

Qualifications

• Six or more years of ERP solution delivery management experience with budget, risks, resources, scope, issues, changes, and quality.
• Experience with project planning, scoping and management skills.
• Experience with business process analysis and design and process flow skills.
• Experience in planning, managing scope, timeline, or budget.

Responsibilities

• Maintains strategic relationships with client personnel and senior management.
• Manages client expectations and communicates difficult messages to keep delivery on track.
• Identifies risks and develops mitigation plans.
• Leads project vision, planning, updates to project plans, and governance.
• Provides project leadership, status reports, and stakeholder presentations.
• Ensures adherence to BDO Implementation Methodology and quality standards.
• Mentors associates and supports knowledge transfer.
