Job summary
UN Women seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead digital transformation initiatives, including PRISM and ERP integrations, across global business units. You will drive project strategy, governance, risk management, and change management, coordinating with IST, SPU, and regional offices to deliver on strategic priorities.
This role requires strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and best-practice PMO discipline to improve efficiency and user adoption.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of strategic and managerial leadership in IT/digital transformation.
- Experience leading cross-functional technology projects in large/intl orgs.
- Experience with UN systems or global programs desirable.
Responsibilities
- Lead strategic direction and management of digital transformation projects, including PRISM.
- Coordinate with IST, SPU, and Digital Governance Board across regions.
- Plan budgets, risks and dependencies; ensure governance and reporting.
- Drive change management, user adoption, and continuous process improvement.
- Provide regular updates to senior leadership and stakeholders.
