Job summary

BDO USA, LLP is seeking an ERP Solution Delivery Manager to join the Enterprise Business Applications team. This role oversees ERP and related applications, guiding a cross-functional team to deliver digital transformation projects and ensuring client needs and expectations are effectively managed.

The position emphasizes managing client discussions, risk, scope, and change orders while maintaining strong governance and project communications. A senior delivery background and PMP are preferred.

Qualifications

• Six or more years of ERP solution delivery management experience including budget, risks, resources, scope, issues, changes, and quality.
• Experience with project planning, scoping and management skills.
• Experience with business process analysis & design and process flow skills.
• Experience in planning, managing scope, timeline, or budget.
• Client facing consulting experience preferred.
• Track record of managing projects within a software solutions deployment environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain strategic relationships with client personnel, including senior management.
• Manage client expectations and communicate difficult messages when necessary.
• Identify risks and develop plans to manage them.
• Lead the project solution vision and updates to the project plan.
• Maintain detailed work plans in Azure DevOps.
• Prepare client meeting materials and present updates.
• Lead daily project scrums, planning, and status meetings with the team.
• Provide guidance on change orders and scope changes.
• Lead assessments, implementations, and optimizations.
• Ensure governance framework is applied and documentation is maintained.
