You will oversee software implementation, change management, and cross-functional collaboration to modernize operations and enhance digital capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 5+ years of project management experience, especially digital transformation or IT.
• Experience leading remote, cross-functional initiatives with strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage cross-functional teams in digital transformation projects.
• Develop detailed project plans with scope, timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Facilitate virtual meetings and provide regular status updates.
• Identify risks and mitigation strategies for digital initiatives.
• Ensure adoption of new digital tools and processes across the organization.
• Collaborate with IT, marketing, operations and other departments.
