Zusammenfassung

Panelmatic is seeking a Business Transformation Director to lead Stage Gate governance, PMO development, and cross-functional transformation efforts. You will partner with executives to standardize project execution, drive digital initiatives, and improve operational excellence across multiple locations, including Houston.

This role requires strategic insight, strong execution, and the ability to influence senior leaders.

Qualifikationen

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; MBA preferred.
PMP certification required.
15+ years of leadership in PMO, transformation, or related roles.

Aufgaben

Own and continuously improve Stage Gate Process governing opportunities, proposals, and major initiatives.
Lead PMO development, standardize processes, templates, governance and KPIs.
Develop training programs and organizational capability for Project Management.
Drive digital transformation and dashboards for performance visibility across locations.
Lead cross-functional governance with Commercial, Engineering, Procurement, Supply Chain, Production, Finance.
Influence leaders to drive alignment and successful strategic initiatives.
