Job summary

AGS LLC in Atlanta seeks a Sr. PMO Manager to own delivery oversight across the transformation portfolio, driving end-to-end chartering of initiatives and ensuring schedule, cost, and value commitments are met.

Reporting to the SVP / Head of Transformation, the role leads steering committees, maintains the portfolio tracker, and coordinates with workstreams to align milestones with business value. This position demands strong communication and cross-functional collaboration with senior

Qualifications

7+ years of program or project management experience, with at least 3 years managing multi-workstream transformation programs in a PMO or similar environment.
Ability to manage complex, concurrent portfolios spanning multiple functional workstreams across commercial, operational, and/or technology domains.
Strong command of RAG status reporting, milestone tracking, risk registers, and executive status communication.

Responsibilities

Initiative charter development: define scope, milestones, cost estimates, and owners with workstream leads.
Portfolio tracking: maintain master tracker with RAG status, milestones, and value delivery.
Lead workstream steering committees; prepare materials and log decisions.
