JPMorgan Chase & Co. Corporate Responsibility Communications seeks a seasoned Head of Digital Strategy to lead a cohesive digital program across web and email, translating complex policy priorities into engaging digital storytelling.

You will partner with enterprise web teams, agencies, and CR leadership to deliver a best-in-class digital experience that informs external stakeholders and strengthens thought leadership across priority initiatives.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in digital communications, digital marketing, or related field with lead digital strategy in a complex org.
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and align diverse teams in a matrix environment.
• Experience partnering with web teams on website strategy, IA, UX, content strategy, and digital storytelling.
• Exceptional editorial judgment and ability to translate topics into clear content for varied audiences.

Responsabilités

• Develop and lead an integrated digital communications strategy across web, email, and other digital touchpoints.
• Establish audience and UX strategy using stakeholder needs and data to inform journeys and CTAs.
• Translate complex programs and policy priorities into clear digital content for internal/external audiences.
• Own the strategy and roadmap for CR’s digital presence and cohesive user experience.
• Oversee email strategy, including segmentation, planning, campaigns, testing, and analytics.
• Partner with corporate web and digital teams to align with governance and enterprise standards.
