Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in New York, NY seeks an Executive & Internal Communications Vice President to lead strategy for the CIB Operations communications team within Digital & Platform Services.

You will craft executive storytelling, manage engagement programs, and coordinate multichannel content across newsletters, email, and digital channels. You will collaborate across D&PS and CIB Operations to support cross-functional work, measure impact, and ensure governance of internal communications

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years’ experience in corporate executive and internal communications.
• Executive engagement with senior leaders and subject matter experts; coaching leaders for high-visibility moments.
• Proven ability to develop cohesive communication strategies that resonate with key audiences; strong writing/editing and verbal skills.
• Storytelling expertise; ability to simplify complex topics and drive narratives that support business goals.
• Creative thinker; brings new ideas to communications projects and tactics.
• Excellent project management and ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
• Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to high quality communications.
• Analytical and strategic mindset for addressing challenges and mitigating risk.
• Adaptable, empathetic, and able to collaborate across a large matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead end-to-end communications strategy for CIB Operations aligned with business priorities.
• Advise senior leaders on messaging, strategy, and reputation management for business initiatives.
• Plan and execute executive engagement events including site visits, all-hands, and town halls.
• Develop executive messaging, talking points, briefs, and change management updates.
• Create compelling narratives across multiple channels—editorials, newsletters, articles, videos, and digital media.
• Amplify CIB Operations stories via Teams, intranet, video, and external coordination with Press/Marketing.
• Oversee intranet look/feel and advise on content strategy.
• Measure communications effectiveness and refine strategy based on insights.
