Qualifications

• 10+ years in digital communications, digital marketing, or related field with leadership experience.
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives in a matrixed organization.
• Experience partnering with centralized web teams on strategy, IA, UX, and content.
• Exceptional editorial judgment for clear, accessible content across audiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead an integrated digital communications strategy across web, email, and digital touchpoints.
• Define audience/user-experience strategy using data to inform content architecture and journeys.
• Translate complex programs into clear digital messaging for internal and external audiences.
• Own strategy and roadmap for CR's digital presence and alignment with enterprise standards.
• Oversee email strategy, segmentation, planning, and performance optimization.
• Partner with web, technology, and marketing teams to ensure coordinated execution.
• Maintain editorial quality, accessibility, brand consistency, and content governance.
• Contribute digital requirements to CRM capabilities in partnership with platform teams.
• Regularly assess performance and refine strategy based on stakeholder feedback.
• Lead, develop, and mentor direct reports and matrixed partners.
