Job summary

JPMorgan Chase seeks a seasoned Internal Communications Senior Associate to shape executive storytelling and strategic communications across Digital & Platform Services within CIB. You will guide communications plans, engage employees, and support key initiatives through newsletters, town halls, and multichannel content.

The role emphasizes craft in executive messaging, event support, intranet governance, and impact measurement of internal tactics to inform strategy adjustments.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate or internal communications with a relevant bachelor's degree.
• Ability to develop cohesive, effective communications strategies that resonate with key audiences.
• Strong writing and editing abilities, plus verbal communication skills.
• Storytelling expertise to simplify complex topics and drive narratives aligning with business goals.
• Creative mindset and ability to bring new ideas to communications projects and tactics.

Responsibilities

• Lead executive messaging, including talking points, briefs, org announcements, and change updates.
• Develop and publish stories highlighting business achievements and recognizing people behind them.
• Plan and execute executive engagement events: site visits, offsites, town halls, roundtables, fireside chats.
• Amplify Operations stories across channels (Teams, Outlook, intranet, video, live events) and coordinate with Press and Marketing for external stakeholders.
• Prepare first drafts, secure approvals, and disseminate communications materials for multiple channels.
