Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech is seeking a Digital Sales Consultant – Southeast to drive adoption of Teligen digital spine solutions and other robotics platforms in the Orthopaedics portfolio. This field-based role covers the Charlotte, Birmingham, and Atlanta regions.

You will build a validated sales pipeline, conduct clinical demos, and educate customers with internal teams, aiming to meet quarterly forecasts while navigating complex environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university/college or equivalent.
• Alternate: Associate degree or surgical tech training plus 4 years clinical experience.
• 8+ years orthopedic spine sales experience.
• Recently transitioned from Active-Duty Military.

Responsibilities

• Lead prospecting and clinical demos in assigned region.
• Install and support initial cases with sales team.
• Grow area pipeline with Equipment Selling Managers.
• Demonstrate understanding of clinical and capital selling pathways.
• Align with area business plans and strategic goals.
• Drive spinal implant adoption for full platform.
• Deliver field education programs with Education teams.
• Lead regional tissue labs and surgeon engagements.
• Deliver onboarding for hospital surgical teams.
• Support service and repair protocol.
• Influence budgets and data-driven decisions.
• Identify area needs and risks for customer experience.
