Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Digital Sales Consultant for the Southeast region, based in Charlotte, Birmingham, or Atlanta. This field-based role drives sales and adoption of Teligen digital solutions and other robotics platforms, with up to 75% travel, supporting surgeon engagement and OR education.

The role requires deep knowledge of spinal implants, MIS, and capital equipment sales, with a track record of selling innovative medical devices and working in clinical environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university/college OR equivalent.
• Associate degree, surgical tech or similar plus four years of relevant experience OR eight years of orthopedic spine sales experience OR recently transitioned from Active-Duty Military.

Responsibilities

• Lead prospecting, awareness campaigns, clinical demos, and advocacy in the assigned region.
• Lead site installation and initial case support with the sales consultant team.
• Partner with Capital Equipment Selling Managers to grow the area pipeline and meet enabling technologies forecast goals.
• Demonstrate understanding of clinical & capital selling pathways with Imaging, Navigation, and MIS.
• Deliver timely, impactful field education programs and surgeon engagements.
